Crisp white cotton sateen with a hotel stripe gives the bed a freshly made look.

White is the easiest backdrop for colour. Throw a rust or mustard blanket across the bed, add green plants and a black framed mirror, then swap the accents as the seasons change. It also keeps a small bedroom feeling light.

White Cotton Sateen Duvet Cover Set

The fabric is 100% cotton sateen at T220 on the top and the underside, so this cotton sateen duvet cover has a smooth hand throughout. It closes with press studs, and the 20 cm full-width tuck-in flap helps the duvet stay straight. Matching 60 x 70 cm pillowcases (one with the single XL, two with the double XL and king XL) with a 15 cm hotel closure flap are included. Sizes are single XL 140 x 200/260 cm, double XL 200 x 200/260 cm and king XL 240 x 200/260 cm.

This set washes at 40°C in the machine and can go in the tumble dryer. White bedding then stays fresh with very little effort.

What size duvet does each cover fit?
Single XL fits a 140 x 200 cm or 140 x 220 cm duvet; double XL fits a 200 x 200 cm or 200 x 220 cm duvet; king XL fits a 240 x 200 cm or 240 x 220 cm duvet.

Are pillowcases included?
Yes. The single XL comes with one pillowcase; the double XL and king XL come with two pillowcases. Each pillowcase is 60 x 70 cm (hotel closure with 15 cm flap).

What is a hotel or housewife closure?
It is an inner flap at the open end of the pillowcase that tucks over the pillow, so the pillow stays covered without buttons or a zip.

How does the duvet cover close?
It closes with press studs. A full-width tuck-in flap (20 cm) keeps the duvet in place.

Dress it with colour in autumn and with linen in summer, whichever size you choose.
