Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be in the same condition you received them - unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, sealed bedding (e.g., pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, mattress toppers) can only be returned if the hygiene seal/packaging remains unopened.

Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back. Items sent without prior authorisation may be refused.

Return shipping costs

• Change-of-mind / no fault found: You cover return postage. If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid label and deduct the label cost from your refund.

• Damaged, defective or wrong item received: We cover return postage (we’ll provide a prepaid label at no cost to you).

Exchanges

To get something else quickly, return the unwanted item and place a new order. We’ll process the refund as below once your return is received.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of cancellation, then 14 days to return the goods. We’ll refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost for your location (any extra paid for express/priority is non-refundable).
Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, you are responsible for return postage under the cooling-off rules.

If only part of an order is returned under the cooling-off period, the outbound delivery cost is not refundable.

Refunds

We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If items are returned used or not in their original condition, we may deduct a reasonable amount to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
