Shipping & Delivery Policy
The Bedding & Blankets Store (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates www.beddingandblankets.com (“the Website”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity and satisfaction throughout your purchase and delivery experience.
1. Stock Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory online, occasional discrepancies may occur. If any item you order is unavailable, we will fulfill the available items and contact you regarding options for the remaining items - either waiting for restock or receiving a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The final shipping fee will be displayed before you make a payment.

3. Delivery Times & Couriers
Delivery times vary by country. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
We use reputable couriers such as DHL. In some cases, an alternative reputable courier may be used, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery’s progress.
4. Returns & Exchanges
4.1 Change of Mind
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
For change-of-mind returns, you cover return postage. If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from your refund.
Hygiene note: bedding items (e.g., pillows, duvets, mattress protectors/toppers) can only be returned unopened with any hygiene seals intact.

To start a return, email customercare@beddingandblankets.com with your order number.
4.2 Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we cover return postage - we’ll supply a prepaid label at no cost to you. Once verified, we will arrange a repair or replacement, or refund where appropriate.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law (including the legal guarantee of conformity).
5. Delivery Terms

Order Processing: Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+0) are dispatched within 48 hours.

Address Changes: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. Changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched.

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Delivery Delays: If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and notify us immediately. If you were not present at the time of delivery, contact us with photos and order details as soon as possible. All parcels are insured up to the value declared by the courier. For lost parcels, we will process a replacement or refund once the courier’s investigation is complete.
7. Taxes & Duties
Prices are in EUR and include VAT for orders delivered within Ireland and the EU.
Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your delivery country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our returns policy.
